The next meeting will be Saturday, September 17, 7 p.m. at Ellen's. Her address is 13819 NW Falconridge Lane. The book is "Tender at the Bone" by Ruth Reichl. Here is Ellen's latest email:
Below is a list of the recipes in the book. If you need copies of the recipes, I will make copies for you. Now... alot of these recipes are either very complex, too expensive for a potluck, or simply outside of most of our palates. So feel free to bring something as a replacement or bring your own version of the same thing. If you are going to bring something from her book please sign-up below so that we don't end up with 10 lemon souffles (on second thought that wouldn't be so bad). Anyway, please sign up below or indicate if you will be bringing something else. Please copy everyone (sorry) that way everyone has the most upto date list. I will send a final list next week. (Note: feel free to give Ellen a call--number at the bottom of the post--since you can't respond here to her email!)
